Welcome to the Avon and Somerset Police Electronic Civil Litigation Payment System (eCLiPS). This enables electronic submission and management of your search enquiries, including permitting secure online payments.

Please note that this system may only be used for the purposes of requesting the following items from the Collisions Unit;

• Collision Report
• Victim and Witness statements – Where consent has been provided
• Witness statements – Where consent has not been provided
• Relevant Police Officer statements
• Relevant pocket note book entries or statements of reporting and attending officers
• Relevant photographs
• Limited third-party details

All materials will be reviewed and some sensitive information will be redacted. Redaction will include, but not be limited to; dates of birth, driving licences and contact details other than postal addresses.

Please note that if you require any other materials, or your enquiry relates to a collision which resulted in a fatality, you should abandon this process and refer to the Avon and Somerset Website for details on how to apply.

This platform should only be used by insurers or legal representatives in connection with civil litigation.
